Raw Food- At KPR, we are more than willing to accommodate your pets' preference for raw food as their diet. We kindly request that you bring the raw food in a frozen state, with only one portion thawed for their first meal with us. Ensuring the highest level of quality control is our utmost priority. Since we do not keep stock of raw food, it is essential that you provide enough for the duration of your pets' stay, including any additional portions they may require if there is a delay in your return. In the event that your pet runs out of their raw portions and you are unable to come back, there will be a charge for us to purchase more raw food on their behalf.

We strongly advise all customers to make a prior call with one of our team members to discuss the medications. This will enable us to prepare and make necessary arrangements for your pet's medication routine in advance during their stay at our facility. Please ensure that all medications brought to the resort are properly labeled, including instructions for administration. It is important that the medications are accompanied by their original packaging, which should also provide information about the correct dosage.
