Holiday Booking's and Payments

We do not increase occupancy or add crates or extra accommodations for more pets at our resort during the holidays. We simply reserve the number of guests that fill each suite at the resort to maintain our commitment to providing first-class care and a tranquil environment that our guests are accustomed to.
All reservations from December 20th, 2024 to December 31st, 2024. - December 30th, 2024The required minimum duration of a booking should be at least 7 days. However, it is important to note that bookings with a duration of less than 7 days are still obligated to pay the balance equivalent to a 7-day stay.
If you currently have a reservation with our establishment, we have provided some information below to assist you with your booking.
We kindly request confirmation of all bookings scheduled from December 15th to January 5th.
*Please note that a 50% deposit is required upon booking. *Kindly be aware that a 50% deposit is to be paid at the time of making a reservation. *At the time of booking, it is mandatory to pay a 50% deposit. *We kindly request a 50% deposit to be made upon reservation. *To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is necessary at the time of booking. .
To make a deposit, you can send an email money transfer to [email protected] (no password needed). Please make sure to include a reference number, your first and last name, or the name of your pet as a note in the email money transfer. If you prefer to pay your deposit in cash, with a credit card, or using debit, we kindly ask that you call us between 12pm-3pm Monday to Friday to make the necessary arrangements for payment over the phone. If you cancel your booking before December 1st, 2024, you are eligible for either a refund or a credit to be kept on file. Please note that there is a 5% administrative/cancellation fee applied to refund requests for deposits, based on the total amount of your booking. Alternatively, you can avoid these fees by keeping the full deposit amount on your account for a future reservation.
The refunds or credits for cancellations made after December 1st will not be eligible. The charge for each day is applicable starting from the date of arrival until the date of departure.
