- One Dog boarding: $45 per day plus GST.
- Two canines from the same family and sharing the same suite are being accommodated for boarding at Two Dogs. $75 per day plus GST.
- Three Dogs boarding (same family & suite) $95 per day plus GST.

Payment Policy
To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit is mandatory upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be settled in full when you bring your beloved pet to our facility. Rest assured that your pet's stay will be in safe hands.
*For weekend bookings (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), a minimum stay of 2 days is required. *If you plan to book during the weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), please note that a minimum stay of 2 days is mandatory.
To be eligible for a refund or credit in the future, a cancellation must be notified at least 72 hours in advance and recorded accordingly.
*In the event of a cancellation, a 5% charge will be applied as administrative fees for refunds and returns made on any type of payment. To eliminate the need for paying administrative fees, you have the option to keep the entire amount as a balance on your account, which can be used for a future reservation.*
*Payment policies vary during the festive season in December and the beginning of January. *Payment policies differ during the holiday period in December and the early weeks of January.

In the event that your departure day alters while you are absent, we kindly request a notice of 48 hours for any modification in your booking's departure day. With sufficient notice, any payment already made will not be reimbursed but instead credited to your account for future use. Departure date changes made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will neither be credited nor refunded.
The charge applies for every day from check-in to check-out, inclusive.
Your furry friend has the opportunity to check in bright and early on the day of their arrival, granting them the privilege of indulging in a full day of enjoyment.

We are available every day of the week, from Monday to Sunday.
The timings for BOARDING CHECK IN & CHECK OUT are flexible and can be done anytime during the day from 7:30am-12:00pm or 3:00pm-6:00pm.
-DAYCARE DROP OFF (7:30am-9:30am).
The daycare pick-up hours are from 3:00pm to 5:30pm, and we are also willing to stay open until 6:00pm if requested.
*Attention: It is kindly requested that all dogs attending the daycare facility should be present by 9:30am sharp. This will allow us to initiate our planned activities promptly for the day.*
The establishment will be closed daily between 12:00pm and 3:00pm.
Notice: Holiday Schedule Kindly note that on the dates of December 25th and January 1st, our establishment will be closed to the general public. During these two days, we regretfully inform you that no drop-offs or pick-ups will be permitted. Rest assured, our diligent staff will be present at the resort, ensuring the utmost care for our esteemed guests. However, do note that the main entrance gate will remain closed.
Limited hours of operation will be in effect on Christmas Day and New Year's Day, with phone calls and emails being attended to only from 10am to 3pm.
